1 Dumbbell X 2 Workouts

Good Morning Folks!
It’s incredible what consistently crushing workouts can do you for you physically and mentally.
Since recommitting to training each morning, my mental clarity is killer and my physical capacity keeps improving.
Below are my last two workouts. It’s nothing revolutionary, but they work.
For both workouts I used my Fat Grip DB.
Always gotta get the grip work in!

Monday Morning – 8/22
Snatches – 5 reps per side
RDL’s – 5 reps per side
Lunges – 5 reps per side
Push-ups – 10 reps
Swings – 10 reps
Rows – 5 reps per side
Cleans – 5 reps per side
OH Press – 5 reps per side
Tuesday Morning – 8/23
Lateral Lunges – 5 reps per side
DB High Pulls – 5 reps per side
DB Curls – 5 reps per side
DB Tricep Extensions – 5 reps per side
