Lakers Strength Coach Prefers Pedestals Post-Op

We have been incredibly blessed to have some of the top names in Strength & Conditioning endorse Pedestal and Tim DiFrancesco is no exception.
Tim DiFrancesco, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS is the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Los Angeles Lakers and founder of TD Athletes Edge. He is nationally renowned for his evidence-based and scientific approach to fitness, training, nutrition, and recovery for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
TD is recovering from surgery to repair his achilles. Over the last 14 weeks, TD has chronicled his rehabilitation via his Instagram @tdathletesedge and Twitter @tdathletesedge much of which has included the use of his Pedestals.
