A1 – Barbell Front Squat – 4 x 8

A2 – Neutral Grip Lat Pulldowns – 4 x10-12

A3-  Lateral Crawls – 20 feet each way 

B1 – Trap Bar Deadlifts – 4 x 6 

B2 – Straight arm pulldowns – 4 x 12

C1 -Lateral Battle Rope Slams – 3 x 12 each (video below)

C2 – Loaded Lateral Lunge w/ press – 8 each (video below)

D – TRX Y’s – 3 x 12
