So grab your kettlebell or dumbbell and bang this one out before you fire up the grill this weekend!

7 Swings

7 Squats

7 Rows Per Arm

7 Shoulder Presses

7 Plank Pull Throughs

X 7 Rounds and rest 90 seconds between rounds.
