For most of us, 2020 was a huge pain in the neck. Luckily, you can include neck exercises into your routine to help combat neck pain and trouble. Building a strong, powerful, and thick neck is likely not on the top of your list. This is because you either aren't aware or don't know how to train it properly.
Just like your ankles, the neck is a mobile joint and needs to be strengthened to keep it healthy, durable, and secure. When training the neck, make sure to take it slow and carve out a day to just focus on the neck. Most neck training exercises are done with no added resistance and any resistance that is added is normally a band.
