#1 Exercise For Flat Feet!

There are plenty of barefoot exercises out there that will help build your arches and strengthen your feet. In case you missed them, HERE are a few of our favorites that utilize a little added load. 

If you are looking for a bodyweight alternative that will scorch your arches, you have to try the single leg stand with wall push. Give the below video a glance and get those arches fired up. 

Your goal is to maintain your balance, while pushing hard into the wall. Try it for 3 sets of 20 seconds each.
