Pulls, Pulls, and more PULLS!!!

Happy Sunday!

I know when I'm just looking for something to get done in a short amount of time my go-to is some type of pull workout.

The workout will typically have a 2 to 1 pull to push ration. Sometimes I'll even have a 3 to 1, or even 4 to 1 depending on the movements. 

Below is a workout that I love if I only have 30 minutes or so to work with. I hope you enjoy!

The Pedestal Pull Workout

A1) Deadlifts - 5 rounds X 5 reps

Below is a deadlift demo from our friend Caleb! 

 

A2) Pull-Ups - 5 rounds X 5 reps

A3) Push-Ups - 5 rounds X Close to max effort (leave two more in the tank)

A4) Rows - 5 rounds X 10-15 reps

This gives you 6 minutes per round so take your rest where you think you need it most.
