Single Leg Sunday with @cutwithcurtis

Happy Sunday Everyone!

We are here with a Single Leg highlight for our Sweat Sunday session. 

We all know the benefits of single leg training, it improves balance, strength, and overall athletic performance.

Our friend and Pedestal advocate @cutwithcurtis brings us through a Single Leg Deadlift using a barbell. Of course these can also be done with any type of weight, i.e. dumbbells, kettlebells, a sandbag, or even just bodyweight.
