We are back with an awesome series of movements from one of our favorite gyms to help inspire some weekend workouts.
Our dear friends at Iron Monkey Strength have been crushing in their Pedestals for a long time and it brings us a ton of joy to show off the hard work their members are putting in.
If they aren't already, these three movements should be staples in your programming: Swings, Snatches, & Get-Ups
A workout that I consistently rotate into my routine is 20 Swings, 20 Snatches, 10 Get-Ups for 5 Rounds.
You can be as aggressive as you want with the workout but never compromise form.
