Workout Wednesday #23

Make sure to get a proper warm-up in!

Perform 3+ Rounds

A1) Broad Jumps or Box Jumps X 5-8 Reps

A2) Burpees X 5-8 Reps

A3) Split Squat Lunges X 5-8 Reps per side

A4) Spider Man Push-Ups X 5-8 Reps

A5) 300 Yard Shuttle - Mark off 25 yards and go up and back 6 times
