Workout Wednesday #30

Good Morning Pedestal Community!

We hope you are taking deep breaths and getting some training in to offset any sort of election anxiety. Working out is one of the best ways to restore calmness. 

Today's Workout Wednesday is all about being agile. In terms of required equipment, just find anything you can around the house to create an agility ladder on your floor. Rolling up towels and lining them up is a great option.

The below session is a tabata style workout so that we get that heart rate up. 

Each movement will be 40 seconds on 20 seconds off and you will perform at least 3 Rounds.

Let's hit it!

A1) Lateral Double Leg and/or Single Leg Hops - feel free to mix it up 

A2) Bear Crawl forward and reverse through each lane

A3) Lateral Carioca

A4) Reverse Crab Walk forward and reverse through each lane

A5) Side Shuffle 

Good form is key so don't don't rush yourself and always ditch your shoes!
