This Workout Wednesday is all about Hip Bridges, Crawls, Push-ups, & Planks.
No equipment is required and Pedestals are always encouraged.

Equipment Free Pedestal Workout
Each movement is performed for 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds of rest
You should have a goal of 3 rounds or more
A1) Plank (feel free to mix up your plank variation)
A2) Hip Bridge (feel free to go back and forth between double leg and single leg)
A3) Spiderman Lunges with Push-ups
A4) OH Reverse Lunges
A5) Crab Walks (in all directions)
A6) Skater Jumps
