9/11 is always hard to comprehend. Nothing we can say will ever make sense of what happened. All we can do is pray for those who were lost, and express our gratitude to the brave men and women who continue to fight for our freedom.
As an American born company, we will "never forget" the lives lost on that day, and thereafter, in defense of our liberties.
Below are two separate workouts created in the CrossFit community in remembrance of 9/11.
