Achieving with the Achievers

 

We had the opportunity to fit in a Bro Upper Body Session with Jason, Co-owner of Achieve Fitness Boston with his wife Lauren, and the pump was REAL!

Below are two workouts, the first is an upper body push-pull series and the second is a series of movements that Lauren put herself through (fyi, she just completed her first trimester and is expecting a baby boy, wooo!).

 

Achieve Upper Body Workout w/ Jason

A1) Incline Bench - 4 sets of 8-10 reps

A2) Wide Grip Pull-up - 4 sets of 8-10 reps

B1) Archer Push-up - 4 sets of 6-8 reps per side

B2) Cable Rotation (mimic that of a golf swing with your hips) - 4 sets of 10-12 reps per side

C1) Max Push-ups - 3 sets of as many as you can do with good form

C2) Deadbug with KB - 3 sets of 12 reps
