10 Minute Full Body Workout w/ @bjgaddour
I borrowed this gem from @bjgaddour and it was killer!
If you are strapped for time, this should be your go-to workout.
Pick whatever deadlift variation you prefer and pick a load that is challenging for 5-10 reps.
Every minute on the minute (EMOM) perform 5-10 reps depending on how you are feeling and what your goals are.
I used a pair of kettlebells and did suitcase deadlifts for 5 reps per side, so 10 reps total during each minute.
It was quick, effective, sweaty, and I loved every minute of it.
