A1 - Barbell Front Squat - 4 x 8

A2 - Neutral Grip Lat Pulldowns - 4 x10-12

A3-  Lateral Crawls - 20 feet each way 

B1 - Trap Bar Deadlifts - 4 x 6 

B2 - Straight arm pulldowns - 4 x 12

C1 -Lateral Battle Rope Slams - 3 x 12 each (video below)

C2 - Loaded Lateral Lunge w/ press - 8 each (video below)

D - TRX Y's - 3 x 12
