Workout Wednesday #40 - Kettlebell Edition

Make sure to go through a proper warm-up

40 seconds on and 20 seconds off for each movement for at least 3 rounds

A1) KB Swings 

A2) KB Squat w/ OH Press

A3) KB Staggered Stance Row

A4) KB Lateral Lunges 

A5) KB Hip Bridge w/ Press

A6) KB Pull Overs

A7) Side to side V-ups over KB
