Veteran's Day & Workout Wednesday #31

Good Morning & Happy Veteran's Day Pedestal Community,

Mike and I never had the honor of serving but we have many close friends and family who have and continue to serve our country so thank you for your sacrifices. We have the opportunity to do what we love because of our Veterans and active service members.

We will be donating 20% of all sales to the Navy Seal Foundation as a way to give back. 

Below is a finisher workout taken from some NFL guys who adopted it from a military conditioning program. 

Swings, Burpees, Shuttles & Getups Finisher

Round 1 

KB Swings X 10 - Burpee X 1 - 20 Yard Shuttle (10 Yards & Back) - 2 Turkish Get Ups (1 Per Side)

Round 2

KB Swings X 9 - Burpee X 2 - 20 Yard Shuttle - 2 Turkish Get Ups 

Round 3

KB Swings X 8 - Burpee X 3 - 20 Yard Shuttle - 2 Turkish Get Ups

Round 4

KB Swings X 7 - Burpee X 4 - 20 Yard Shuttle - 2 Turkish Get Ups

All the way to the 10th Round...

Round 10

KB Swings X 1 - Burpee X 10 - 20 Yard Shuttle - 2 Turkish Get Ups

This one was quick and dirty and really got my heart rate up. I will absolutely do it again.
