Good Morning Pedestal Community!
We are back with our 11th Workout Wednesday and this one will get you fired up.
The workout is an every minute on the minute Kettlebell blaster from the ONNIT 6 Week Workout Challenge that I participated in.
You will perform 20 X 1 minute rounds so it is short and sweet. The goal is to work for 30-40 seconds each round. The movements are listed below and are to be done consecutively in each round.
20 Rounds - Every minute on the minute
A1) KB Clean (double-handed) to Squat X 4-8 reps depending on the speed and workload
A2) KB Row on each side X 4-8 reps depending on the speed and workload
A3) KB Push Press on each side X 4-8 reps depending on speed and workload
I was drenched in sweat by the end and loved every minute of it.
