Workout Wednesday #15

Good Morning Pedestal Community!

I've been on a road trip since Sunday so bodyweight workouts have been a staple for me.

When I only have 15-20 minutes I love to crush the below:

The Road Trip Workout

Get a proper warm-up in!

10 X Reps of everything for 4-6 Rounds

A1) Alternating Reverse Lunges

A2) Inch Worm Walk-Outs w/ Push-Up

A3) Jumping Lunges

A4) Plank Walk (in a push-up position and walk in all directions)

A5) Lateral Lunges

Keep Crushing & Ditch Your Shoes!
