Good Morning Pedestal Community!

This series of movements is another one I developed while on my road trip around New England.

The Road Warrior Workout

Perform every movement for 30 seconds, rest 15 seconds between movements, and rest for 1 minute at the end of all 5 movements. 

A1) Skater Jumps/Lateral Bounds

A2) Spiderman Walks w/ Push-Ups

A3) Split Squat Jumps 

A4) Shoulder Taps w/ Push-Ups

A5) High Knees or Sprints (75%-85% capacity)

Rest for 1 minute and repeat for a total of 5 or more rounds!
