Wherever I go, my trusty 36lb kettlebell joins me. 

Below is a workout that I love to rip out from anywhere. Give it a go and let us know what you think!

The Road Warrior Kettlebell Workout

5 to 8 Reps of each movement per side X 5 (or more) Rounds

A1) Single Arm Swing

A2) Single Leg Deadlift

A3) Single Arm Row

A4) Single Arm Clean to Reverse Lunge to OH Press 

A5) Kettlebell Halo (Around the head)
