This one is another on the go session that can be done with a single kettlebell or any kind of weight you have access to.

5 to 8 Reps per side per movement for 5+ Rounds

A1) Kettlebell Single Arm Stagger Stance Swings

A2) Kettlebell Goblet Squats

A3) Kettlebell Single Arm Presses

A4) Kettlebell Single Arm Iso Rows - 5 seconds during the concentric and eccentric part of the movement

A5) Kettlebell Snatch

A6) Plank with Kettlebell Pull-Throughs
