Workout Wednesday #21

Good Morning Pedestal Friends & Family!

We have a killer Workout Wednesday to help you get through the rest of your week.

All you need is yourself and some type of weight i.e. a dumbbell, kettlebell, or loaded backpack.

Check out the workout below and let us know what you think!

Perform at least 3 Rounds and keep going if you can...

A1) Front Loaded Forward to Reverse Lunge - 6 to 8 reps per side

A2) Single Hand or Double Hand Snatch (depending on if you have a DB, KB, or Backpack) - 6 to 8 reps per side, or 12 reps if you're using a backpack

A3) Front Loaded Lateral Lunges - 6 to 8 reps per side

A4) Renegade Rows w/ Push-Ups - 6 to 12 reps total - really depends on your level of strength - be sure to focus on keeping your rips down with a rock solid core

A5) Half Squat w/ Rotational Press - 6 to 8 reps per side
