Workout Wednesday #22

Good Morning Pedestal Friends & Family!

We are back with another killer Workout Wednesday.

All you need for the below workout is yourself and a positive mindset.

Perform 3-5 Rounds (or more if you're feeling frisky)

A1) Around the World Lunges aka Clock Lunges (Forward, Lateral, Reverse, Curtsy) - Perform 3-5 rotations on each side

A2) Table Hip Bridges w/ Alternating Single Arm Reach - Perform 6-8 reps per side

A3) Push-Up Walks - Perform a push-up every few feet and go until you've done 6-10 reps

A4) Jump Squats - Perform 6-10 reps with perfect form and really focus on being slow and smooth during the eccentric portion of the movement

A5) Jiu Jitsu Sit Throughs - Perform 6-8 reps per side
