Workout Wednesday #28

Good Morning Pedestal Community!

I hope everyone is enjoying this fall weather. 

I've been taking advantage of the crispy air by training outside as much as possible.

Below is a quick workout I just crushed with no equipment.

Workout Wednesday #28

Make sure to work in a proper warm-up

Each movement will be 40 seconds on and 20 seconds of rest

Perform at least 3 rounds of the below circuit 

A1) Bear Crawls - in all directions

A2) Clock Lunges - hit at least 6 points on the clock and then switch sides

A3) Side Planks - 20 seconds on each side

A4) A & B Skips - 20 seconds of each

A5) Downward Dog Push-Ups

And there you have it! A nice outdoor crush session that you can do anywhere in less than 30 minutes.
