Workout Wednesday #3

Mike and I each have one kettlebell to get our workouts in so we have been getting creative with our training.

I went so far as to regsitering for the ONNIT 6 Week Challenge and am currently in day 3 of their Kettlebell and Bodyweight programming. 

Below is a great little 15 minute burner from Francheska Martinez aka @francheskafit who always focuses on FUNctional Movements. 

Just remember to go at your own pace and feel free to scale or modify any of the movements as needed. 



*If you don't have a kettlebell or dumbbell, load up a backpack and use that instead
