With the stress of the holidays and that pandemic thing happening, it's important to keep moving.
No one ever regrets going for a walk or getting a little sweat in. It brings nothing but positive things to your mind and body.
This Workout Wednesday is all about moving. It is that simple.
For 20 minutes cycle through the below movements. We recommend at least 30 seconds for each with limited rest. No equipment is needed and you can throttle up or down as much as you like. The important thing is to just keep moving.
When not performing a movement just keep walking.
A1) Walking Lunges
A2) Inch Worms
A3) Lateral Shuffle
A4) Yoga Push-up
A5) Skater Jumps
A6) Bear Crawl & Crab Walk - Your Choice
A7) Wall Sprints
You should feel good after this workout. The point is to get the juices flowing and set yourself up for an awesome day.
