20 Minute Total Body Workout! What’s up, Achievers?! @jasonlpak and @laurenpak22 here and today we’ve got a 20 minute bodyweight workout for you all! Perform all of these exercises in an EMOM fashion where you start each set every minute at the top of each minute for 4 rounds straight. 1️⃣Squat to Cross Behind Lunge: 40 seconds 2️⃣Rockback Push-up to Mountain Climber (x4ea): 40 seconds 3️⃣Reverse Lunge to Hop: 20 seconds each side 4️⃣Speed Skaters: 40 seconds 5️⃣Hollow Tuck Ups: 40 seconds We hope this post gives you a good sweat!
