Workout Wednesday #8

If you only have 20 to 30 minutes to fit in a workout, you can't go wrong with a well executed kettlebell flow.

If you don't have access to a kettlebell, you can replace it with a traditional dumbbell. If weights are not an option, fill up a bag with whatever you can and let it rip!
