Yoga Inspired Workout Wednesday #36

Good Morning Pedestal Community!

We could all use a little more Zen in the current climate of all things. 

This Workout Wednesday is inspired by a Yoga Series that I love to incorporate once per week.

Check out the below and be sure to always #ditchyourshoes

The goal is to perform 60 seconds of each movement and flow from one to the other with minimal rest.

Perform at least 3 Rounds and/or keep going if you're feeling spicy!

Pedestal Yoga Series

A1) Side to Side Frog Crunches

A2) Lunge with Leg Raise

A3) Downward Dog to Squat

A4) Squat with Leg Hops

A5) Breakdancer Sit Throughs/Kick Variation

A6) Downward Dog Knee to Elbow Crunches

Your whole body will definitely feel it and appreciate it.

I love the thought behind exercises but could you please show videos of the moves some are not at all familiar to me.
