Deck of Cards

Good Morning Folks!
It’s been another week of road warrior life so I’ve been doing a whole lot of mobility work and bodyweight movements.
This morning I ripped out a deck of cards and performed push ups and squats based on the number or face card. Ace through 9 represents1 to 9 reps and 10 through King represents 10 reps.
You end up performing 85 push ups and 85 squats in a short period of time. It’s the perfect way to get a quick pump. I added a band to create a little more resistance. If you don’t have a band feel free to perform tempo reps so that you increase the time under tension.
If you can’t think of anything to do, push ups and squats are the answer!
