A1) Single Arm KB Swing – 4 x 6 Each

 

A2) Double KB See Saw Press – 4 x 6 Each

A3) Lat Pull Down Machine – 4 x 15

B1) DB RDL to Row – 4 x 8

B2) Supinated Half Squat Cable Row – 4 x 15

B3) Stability Ball Stir The Pots – 4 x 8 Each Way

C1) Rotational Med Ball Slams – 3 x 6 Each Way

C2) Double KB Front Rack Carry – 3 x 40 yards
