International Women’s Day Workout

In honor of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, we bring you a workout comprised of movements from some of the strongest women we know.
Be sure to warm-up and cool down properly. Both of these movements can be done pre and post workout:
Hamstring Stretch
Weighted Kneeling Posture Fix
Push & Pull Circuit
A1) Deadlift – 5×5
A2) Bench Press – 4×6-8
B1) KB Row – 3×10-12
B2) Single Leg Deasdlift – 3×10 per side
C1) KB Swing – 3×12-15
C2) BB Hip Thurst – 3×10-12
D) Flow Finisher – 2×2-3 rounds
