A) Barbell Combo:

Bent Over Row, Romanian DL, Hang Clean, Overhead Push-Press

8 Minutes 1 Rep Each

B1) Chin- Up – 4 sets of 8

B2) Squat Jump – 4 sets of 8

B3) Hand Switched w/ Push-Up – 4 sets of 8 per side

B4) Stability Spot Stir-the-Pot – 4 Sets of 6 per side 

C) Unilateral Farmers Walk Complex

Farmers Walk – Right side (30-40 yards) to 1 Arm Row w Left hand (6-8 reps) to Farmers Walk -Right side (30-40 yards) to 1 Arm Press w Left hand (6-8 reps) to Farmers Walk – Right side (30-40 yards) to Reverse Lunge at shoulder – DB in LEFT hand, step back with Right leg (6-8 reps) to Farmers walk Right side (30-40 yards). 

**Rest 30 seconds before switching sides – 3 rounds per side**

D) Leg Curl paired with KB Floor Flyes (in hollow position) – 2 sets of 15
