Movement Is Medicine

Good Morning Folks!
Just sending out a gentle reminder to be kind to yourself.
The best thing you can do for yourself is show up and and get some sort of daily movement in.
For me, I prioritize movement work and kettlebell training in the morning because by the end of the day I’m a fried turkey leg.
This Sunday take some time to explore some upper body and hip mobility drills. Through Onnit I stumbled upon Erick Grillo and have enjoyed some of his flows.
