A lot of people inquire about our workouts, so going forward, we will be sharing our training sessions with you each week. 

We are excited because some of the top performance coaches in the world will also be joining in on the fun.

Brendan Workout - 7/19/18

Equipment - 3.0 Crews & 20kg Kettlebell 

Today was like most days. Woke up. Drank some coffee. Handled some emails. Crushed some burpees in my new 3.0's (pictured above). The workout went a little something like this:

A. 5 Rounds of:

10 Burpees

8-10 Pull-Ups (mix your grip)

20 Walking Lunges

B. 5 Rounds of:

10 Burpees

10 KB Rows Per Side

20 KB Swings

The workout was killer and it set me up for an awesome day.
