Good Morning Folks!

We are back with another do it anywhere workout.

This time I’m incorporating a jog or light sprint between rounds.

I have a little bit of land so I work in a quick run around the pond between rounds.

The full workout is below:

PR’s & JJ’s

Complete at least 3 Rounds

A1) Pond Run (Quarter Mile)

A2) 25 Jumping Jacks

A3) 25 Mountain Climbers

A4) 25 Hip Thrusts

A5) 25 Shoulder Taps

Repeat
