Some Kettlebell Snatchery

Good Morning Folks!
We like to keep things basic because basic works.
Our friend Jason Giles from Iron Monkey Strength just posted a 40 minute snatch workout that will absolutely get your heart rate up. You can check out the video HERE.
If 40 minutes is too long for you, cut it down to 30 minutes, or 20 minutes, or even 10 minutes. Something is always better than nothing.
