Stairs for breakfast

Good Morning Folks!
I’m on the road in Chicago with some of my European Football League teammates and we got a stadium workout in to earn our beers at the Bears vs Packers game today.
We crushed some stairs at my buddies high school field for about 30 minutes and went through some mobility movements post workout.
It was awesome to get after it with the boys and I will definitely be integrating more stair work for conditioning.
