You, 1 Dumbbell, 15 Minutes, Let’s Go!

Happy Hump Day Friends!
We are back with a killer total body workout for anyone who is short on time and has limited equipment.
The title says dumbbell but a kettlebell can also be used for this workout.

Another Bonesaw Travel Workout
Warm-Up – Make sure to also prep your body with some dynamic mobility movements. Gotta get those joints nice and fluid.
Make sure to switch sides for each movement
Each movement is for 10 reps but feel free to go up or down depending on the work load
A1) DB Swings
A2) DB High Pulls
A3) DB Single Leg RDL’s
A4) DB Rows
A5) DB Curls
A6) DB Press
A7) DB Double Hand Thrusters – No need to switch hands on this one as you will have both hands on either side of the DB for this movement – You still only need to do 10 reps but feel free to up it if you’re feeling spicy!
Each round is 130 reps so 3 Rounds should be good but feel free to do more if you’re up to the task!
