We receive a lot of questions about how to improve foot and ankle mechanics so our goal was to find someone to build a program for us. Insert Dr. Joel Seedman.


Nearly three years ago we reached out to Dr. Joel about helping us put together our Build Your Base Program with the goal of identifying and treating common foot and ankle issues. Dr. Joel crushed it for us.
