This Workout Wednesday is all about improving balance and single leg strength.

We picked two moves from our friend and Pedestal advocate @nooch_13, if you don't already follow him definitely check him out.

Single Leg Balance Workout

A1) Single Leg RDL to Snatch - Perform 8-10 Reps Per Side X 4-6 Rounds

 

A2) Banded SLDL with Row - Perform 8-10 Reps Per Side X 4-6 Rounds
