Maybe it's because it was the first snowstorm in a longtime here in Boston, but I thoroughly enjoyed shoveling out my car the other day. Personally, I find great satisfaction in completing the task at hand and it is also a pretty good workout.

That being said, I am sure by the fourth time it will get a bit annoying. Instead of waiting for the next snowstorm to get a great shovel workout in or if you live in a place where you don't need to shovel snow, here is the kettlebell shovel hold.
