Kettlebells & #HYPERGROWTH18

We crushed some kettlebells at Equinox Seaport before #HYPERGROWTH18 and it was awesome.

The workout went a little something like this:

4 Rounds

A1) Swings X 10 Reps

A2) Goblet Squats X 10 Reps

4 Rounds

B1) Gorilla Rows X 10 Reps

B2) Farmer's Carries X 50 Yards

4 Rounds

C) Cable RDL to Row X 12 Reps

It was fast, sweaty, efficient, and yummy.
