When I'm blanking on what to do for my workout, I always come back to one thing, DEADLIFTS.
One of my go-to rep schemes is 5 sets of 5 reps with a decently heavy load. I'll also do 5 sets of 10-15 reps if I'm feeling spicy and want to get more time under tension in. You can never go wrong with either.
After the deadlifts I'll get into some push and pull pairings for upper and lower body work. And I always perform some single leg movements.
A sample workout would be the below:
B1) DB Reverse Lunges
B2) KB Swings
C2) DB Incline Presses
D) Sort sort of rotational core work
E) Direct arm work babaaayyy!!!
