In my opinion, slider exercises are both underrated and overlooked. Incorporating slider exercises into your routine will improve balance, stability, and core strength. Sliders also force you to slow down and focus on improving your range of motion.
If you don't have sliders, you can also use a towel or shirt and find a slick surface like a wood floor. My first introduction to slider exercises was in high school when we used the basketball court and a gym towel.
