Happy Labor Day Weekend Folks!
We are back with a simple but awesome Snatch Ladder workout.
Here we go!
Start with 1 Snatch on each side, then 2 Snatches on each side, then 3 Snatches on each side, and work all the way up to 10. It will be a total of 110 reps.
If you're feeling spicy feel free to work your way back down the ladder. If you do, it will be a total of 200 reps.
