Good Morning Pedestal Community!


We hope you are having an awesome holiday season. 


We had an incredible December over here at the Pedestal workshop and we can't wait to see what 2021 will bring. 


With all of the holiday munchies going down, it's a good idea to keep yourself in check with a daily sweat. 


Below is one of my go to bodyweight workouts that can be done anywhere. Enjoy!


Pedestal Bodyweight Workout


Perform a proper warm-up followed by at least 3 rounds of the below


Each movement is to be done for 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest between


A1) Reverse Lunge w/ High Knee


A2) Inch Worm w/ Push-up


A3) Skier Jumps/Lateral Jumps


A4) Crab Walks w/ Hip Thrusts - every 3-5 steps perform a hip thrust in place


A5) Broad Jumps


A6) All Planks - both sides and front
