Happy Hump Day Friends!


The road to being shredding will be quite the journey but I'm getting there. 


Conditioning work is a big component of leaning out and looking good naked. 


For the last couple of weeks I've set my stop watch somewhere between 30 minutes and 60 minutes with the intention of never stopping.


I pick a series of movements with rep ranges with as little as 5 and as much as 30 depending on the movement. 


Below is a workout I did the other day that gave me a killer pump and sweat!


30 Minutes Non Stop


A1) Jump Rope X 30 Seconds


A2) Single Arm KB Swings X 10 Reps Per Side


A3) Reverse Lunges - 20 Reps


A4) KB Clean & Press X 5 Reps Per Side


A5) KB Rows X 10 Reps Per Side


A6) Dips X 10 Reps


A7) Farmers Walk X 30 Yards Up & Back


A8) Waiter Walk X 30 Yards Up & Back (Switching sides at halfway point)


A9) Push-Up Plank X 30 Seconds


This was an awesome workout and one that I will definitely crush again.
